  • What is the minimum order?
    The first order is $100.00 minimum, and no minimum for reorders.
  • Is there a minimum for quantity?
    There is no minimum for quantity.
  • How do I pay for the order?
     All first order should be COD (company check, money order, or cashier's check), or prepaid by VISA/MASTER/AMEX/DISCOVER CARD.
  • How do I set up account for terms?
    Three trader references are required for opening an account for terms. Click here to download the credit application.
  • How soon will the order ship?
    All orders will ship the same day or next day.
  • What materials are these animals made with?
    The moulds of these animals are made from plastic.  The coverings are made from rabbits, sheep, or goat fur, which were raised in a farm for their food value.
  • Do you back order?
    No, we do not give back orders unless you specifically mentioned.  95% units in stock at all times.

  • Freight & Terms

    Freight: All orders are shipped FedEx Ground.  For orders over $100.00, freight is usually 10%~15% of how much you ordered.  Exceptions are : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Caribbean and International. 
    Terms:  Net 30 days available with approved credit.  MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. COD shipments are available for an additional charge of $12.00.  Returned check fee is $20.00

  • Shortage Claims or Damaged Goods
    Please inspect all boxes upon receipt.  For shortages or damages, please call within 25 days of receipt of goods.  In addition, if the outer carton is damaged, please keep all boxes and packaging material available for FexEx inspection until instructed by Furry Animal Kingdom to return or discard.
  • Returns
    If there is cause for the return of merchandise, please notify Furry Animal Kingdom for return authorization.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

  • Drop Ships

    When placing a drop ship order please make sure the following information is available:

    The Customer's name and address
    The item number(s)
    The credit card you want to use to pay for the order

    Other information about drop shipping:

    You are allowed to use the pictures found on our website.
    There is a $5.00 handling fee for all drop ship orders.

    There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
    We will send a replacement if the item is damaged during shipping.  However proof of damage is required (a picture will suffice in most cases).

    3) Is there any minimum for drop ship orders?  No minimum.

    4) Is there any handling fee or drop ship fee? $5 handling fee.

    5) What is our payment term (Net or prepay)? What is our payment method(credit card/check)?  Credit card.

    6) Is there any dealer account # for us?   There will be when you place your first order.

    7) Do you ship to all 48 states, to HI/AK/PR? APO? Internationally? PO Box?  Yes.

    8) May I have your UPC (Universal Product Code) and MPN (Manufacturer Part Number)? If not, can we use your item# as MPN?  You can use our item #.

    9) Which carrier do you normally use? Can you ship small order via USPS?  We ship with UPS or Fedex.

    10) How long do you process an order?    We usually ship the order on the same day, latest the next day.

    11) Would you email the invoice and tracking number to our company?  We can if you inquire.

    12) Do you have any return policy (Be Responsible for Defective and Wrong Shipment)? How many restocking fee? Warranty policy? Customer will be returning the item at their own cost, and we only refund for the price of the item itself, not the shipping fee or the handling fee.

    13) Do you offer products information download or price list (SKU, price, name, description, weight, category, and image links are required)?  We can email you the price list. You can also use our pics online.

    14) Is there any set up fee? No set up fee.
